I had a role as the Head of Art and Strategist designing an integrated experience that breaks borders between physical and digital worlds. Turning Synco in something more meaningful than a geolocation service required a multifaceted work. We conducted an extensive behavioral research that was converted into a detailed customer journey map and responsible brand positioning, supported by the trust and responsibility of users’ sharing the same network.
